From Early Readers To Wise Leaders

The younger the children, the faster they develop habits. 

If you want your child to develop a reading habit, start them young. Make them early readers. I would even suggest that you expose your children to books and printed matter first before you expose them to computers. Why? It is more difficult to draw the attention of kids to books if they are already hooked to computer games.

Parents, the best legacy we can give our children is for them to be wise in their decision-making, that spells their future and that's the reason we try our best to give them the best education we could afford. This is a proven pathway reading leads to enhanced comprehension which leads to higher order thinking skills such as analysis, synthesis, evaluation, application to wise decision making. A big percentage of us Filipinos are not habitual reader's start a crusade for the next generation we need leaders who will not repeat the same mistakes we are suffering now.

If we want wise leaders we should make them good readers and early readers.
